Alfred/Allegany Educational Employees FCU
The Credit Union is owned by its members and run by a board of
directors you elect. You can be confident that your financial privacy
is a top priority. We are required by law to give you this privacy
notice to explain to you how we collect, use and safeguard your
personal financial information.
We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following
sources:
- Information we receive from you on applications or other forms;
- Information about your transactions with us or others; and
- Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.
We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our
members and former members to affiliates or non-affiliated third
parties except as permitted by law.
We restrict access to your personal and account information to
those Credit Union officers, directors, members of committees and
employees who need to know that information to provide products
or services to you.
We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that
comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal
information.
We will notify you of our privacy policy annually. We reserve the
right to modify this policy at any time, but rest assured that if
we do change it, we will tell you promptly.
